FULL-SERVICE PLANNING
The Full-service Planning Package is for the couple who are leading busy lives and want to leave the research, logistical planning and budgeting expertise to a Professional Wedding Coordinator. With our preferred network of vendors, not only will you be assured of their level of service, commitment and quality of work – you will likely find yourself saving money and time with their *Special Incentives* offered to all clients of Wonder Chic Events.
This service includes everything listed in the “Month of Coordination” Package and more!
Executed by a Professional Wedding Coordinator, this service begins 6-12 months before the wedding date and includes the following:
• Set a workable wedding day budget with you and advise on the allocation of funds to each category based on your priorities, reviewing periodically to ensure that we are on track with the budget and tweaking as needed
• Recommendations/Referrals of venues and vendors in each category
• Attend vendor meetings with you during your wedding planning term
• Provide recommendations of your wedding day design elements including: ceremony and head table décor, cake, floral, centerpieces, stationary (invitations, seating chart, menus, table numbers, etc.)
• Provide etiquette and customary advice, including: what to consider and questions to ask a vendor before booking with them, how to address invitations and when to send them out, who should be included in the receiving line, what is the toasting order, how much gratuity should you pay?
• Provide expertise with finalizing banquet layout and seating arrangements
• Finalize banquet event order with the venue in regards to final guest count, meal orders and any special accommodations
• Provide Full Year Checklist and helpful reminders to ensure all items on the to-do list are checked off
• In-person meetings to review your wedding details
• Concierge service: includes assistance with completing DIY projects, picking up last-minute items, etc.

PARTIAL-SERVICE PLANNING
Have some of the major vendors booked, but need more help than just “Month of Coordination?”
That’s what this package is designed for.
Maybe you’ve got the venue booked, but you need someone to bring your wedding theme to life. Or perhaps you have your vendor team in place, but you find it helpful to have reminders throughout the Planning Process to assist you in making sure you’re checking off the to-do’s.
You’ve got a strong handle on some elements of your wedding but want professional advice & management in other areas. Whatever areas you need a bit of help with – we’re here for you! All Partial-term Planning Services includes all services listed in the “Month of Coordination” Package.

MONTH OF COORDINATION
The “Month of Coordination” Package is perfect for the couple who has planned their wedding and want to relax and take in all the beautiful moments on their big day!
Executed by a Professional Wedding Coordinator, you can expect the following:
Pre-Wedding Day Preparation
- (1) FREE Initial meeting to get to know each other and chat about your wedding!
- (1) In-person planning meeting to discuss the progress on your wedding details, fill out a “Wonder Chic Planning Questionnaire” to identify what’s been done and determine the outstanding to-do’s
- Provide you with a plan of action in the form of a planning checklist and helpful reminders to get you crossing that finish line!
- (1) In-person final detailing meeting to review wedding day, walking through your entire day from the moment you wake up to when the dance floor closes at the end of the night
- Confirm contracted details and timing of services with all your vendors and the venue
- Create your Wedding Day Itinerary & Production Schedule
- Attend/Coordinate the Rehearsal Ceremony
- Unlimited communication via phone, text and email
- Bonus features and special services that we’ll share with you at our Initial meeting!
Wedding Day
- Arrival to ceremony site at least (1) hour in advance to oversee set-up
- Organize Bridal Party for the Wedding Processional and Recessional
- An Assistant Coordinator at your photo shoot to keep track of timing and be of service wherever needed
- Oversee vendor deliveries and/or set-up
- Light setup of reception decor items
- Coordinate wedding reception with MC, DJ and Venue
- Organize Grand Entrance details
- Coordinate timing of all speeches, games and other activities
- Light pack-up of items to be stowed in the bridal suite after the last formality
- Use of ‘Wedding Day Emergency Kit’ filled with everything from double-sided tape to bobby pins
- 1 Lead Coordinator & 1 Associate Coordinator to coordinate your wedding day
